I started field testing our citronella soap. I thought 15 minutes with no repellant in the back yard (road side in the woods) would be a good start.. I'm a wimp. 5 minutes was more than enough. Tomorrow I'll do it again after using the bug soap. It's a good thing skeeters don't bother me too bad. They'll probably call their friends for the buffet come wednesday.

Citronella Soap?? If it works please post where you got it. Bugs LOVE my husband and that would be so nice to shower everymorning and keep them away!

I think it helps but I want to add a couple more things to it. I think it will work better with repeated use. I'll let you know. Email me and I'll get you some of this batch to try.

How cool! I'm interested in the soap! I am headed to Thailand in June and need some mosquito repellant to go with the malaria meds...... not to mention all the time I spend outside in the dirt! :)
