Have my brother in law coming in from Destin for the weekend, he wants to fish for Catfish while he is here, he has a charter boat in Destin so I'd rather not look like a chump. Never tried to catch catfish on Martin. My place is on the north end near the river bridge, any suggestions on places to fish and bait? As a kid we used chicken livers on Lay Lake but it's been a long time. Any feedback is appreciated. thx.

The best time I had and most luck I had was a few years back. Used Kentucky Fried Chicken leftover from the kids plates at a family reunion. Man, those Southern Catfish love fried chicken!!!!
