we are at the lake for the first of five days. We ride the boat and tube and have a blast. Upon parking and swimming around the boat I notice a serious structure issue where bolts have come out of the transom and the stress had cracked the aluminum. I immediately called CAT and got the boat over to him. This was Monday....when they are supposed to be closed. So I have two girls up at the lake for 5 days and no boat. Steve got the bolts back in and got the welder there to get it fixed. Boat was back in the water that day. While he is a friend and a good fella.....his actions that day are why we fill this forum up with THANK YOU posts. Appreciate it Steve. I am not real sure a person could have asked for better service and results. Now if I can just figure out a way to get him over to my place in that special cat with TT on board like he promised. Jus sayin........

Glad I could help you Kieth. It was good to see Katie. It was no big deal accomodating you. Although you were happy, some others got let down for other reasons. Not many though. This forum is very good to us, and we are thankful for that. So, your scenario as yu say was good. Thanks, and you will always get my best. I think I even whipped that Honda PWC this morning. I am back in Prattville now, and will not return to the Lake Store until Tuesday. Yall be nice to Steven jr. meanwhile. He is Manin' the show. He is blowin' my phone up today stressin' out. LMAO. Now he knows what Daddy goes through. I did not pick up
