After seeing all of the interest in having a restaurant at the Veazey's location, and considering the fact that there is almost no competition in Boat Repair in that area, it appears that the perfection combination would be a CAT HOUSE at Veazey's.

Cat could fix boats and run a restaurant. Heck he could also have a bar, with Ho's Hangout and sell pizza to give Chucks some competition.

You could call the pizza part "Juggy's Pizza" and hire some hooters girls to work there.
You could even install a trampoline and have "Juggys jumping on trampolines" when they
weren't serving beer and pizza.

What guy wouldn't rather go to a pizza place named after jugs than one named after a lizard.

And the guy you buy or rent from has enough pull to get you a Sunday license.

BTW Reserve the first flashing vibrator for me and teach those Juggies to call out "Mike Hunt" , "Mike Hunt" every time that vibrator goes off
