I have perfect boat, BUT it has console. Speaking of "Stick Steer", we have several customers with them! I ask an older gentleman what was the reason that so many Pan Fish boats have that type of steering. He told me he liked his because of two reasons.... First, when he/they got in the boat to go fish, he never had to leave his seat during the day. He could drive, use the live well and trolling motor all from his fishing seat..... Second, most if not all Pan Fish boats have the seats mounted at or close to the water line. That made it easier to grab the fish and bait hooks because it was not elevated. Made dang good sinse to me. Also, I have another customer with a Pan Fish boat with tiller steer. All same principles apply. This probably belongs under "Fishing", but I found it interesting.
