Any insight on why Jimmy sold the store? Is he ok? Also, who is the new owner? and final question, how is the food and groceries?

New owners claim they plan to keep Jimmys store the same as it has been for years.  Maybe expand the liquor store a bit, but maintain good meats, quik mart groceries, non-ethanol gas, off road diesel, propane tank refills.  New owner is same guy who owns in Central.  Jimmy is fine I think, but needed to sell.
