I suspect the lawsuit from Dominion/Smartmatic is that their "good" name was used in conjunction with language that they were party to stealing the election.

Now even if the manual states how to steal an election, Dominion should not be liable for an election stolen.

I believe suing gun manufacturers is somewhat the same fallacy.

So who dunnit?  The CIA?  Soros?  Hillary?  Archie?
