When did the rule of law ever apply to Democrats in Congress?  They just make it up as they go and then when their own "new" rules come back to bite them they have zero problem hypocritically decrying the consequences.  Just look at what they did when the change to the filibuster on judges came back to bite them.  They threw a temper tantrum and threatened to pack SCOTUS.  When you have no principles.....
