I am very sorry to hear about anyone that is going to be negatively affected by this legislation. Unfortunately I think many more will be positively affected by removing the pier crushing, shore eroding, big loud boats off of the inland lakes. The bottom line is they never should have been there in the first place. These types of boats are designed for oceans not lakes. The vast majority of us support this legislation as does the Power Company which is really all that matters.

This arguement reminds me of the arguement about a higher winter water level. Virtually everyone on the lake would like higher winter levels but a few vocal stubborn fossils that post on this board like the winter pool as it is. That ones gonna change too folks! Count on it in the next five years and the power company will support that as well. Change is coming and many of us can't wait! Bring it on!!!
