Anyone got an update on the boat dealers civil rights lawsuit against the State of Alabama.

There are several people named as plaintiffs on the lawsuit. One of them is a Dealer. A couple are Lake Martin residents, and two don't live on the lake.

the alabama supreme court will ultimately get the case and decide how ever the gov wants it decided.
the u. s. supremes will back them up. W sent carl r to run the campaigns of all of the incumbents along with a boatload of money.

say is fact, it seems that the boat dealers are wasting their money and the manufacturer's money. Maybe folding the tents is in order. A calm, quiet lake would be appreciated.

Fountain Rider, Pretty low blow. There is plenty of room for disagreement and debate, but there is no call for character assasination. Your are only lowering yourself when you do so. I have enjoyed the past post made by both you and Osms even if I do not always agree. You certainly do not see Cat using such dirty tactics or Osms. To compare his handle to Osama is an uncalled for foul in my book.
I would say it even warrants an appology on your part. I hate to see the boating law issue start up again on the Forum unless there is news to report. Kind of hate Osms even brought it up. That is a personal opinion, and you gentlemen can hash as long as you like since it is your right to do so. I hope this is taken the right way. .

Feb you are right and I apologize. It just kills me to see people talk about the boat ban when they are probably not going to be effected either way. In my opinion you won't see a change at all. It just cuts what a few of us like to do in our spare time.
