Can I get a surface temp and maybe (if possible) a temp at 4 feet or so? I want to do some diving this weekend but I need to know what I would be getting into...

Thanks in advance...

-Tony

I did not know you were a midget. Four feet is a pretty shallow dive for us regular people. Heck I can not even swim, but I will go diving with you. LOL

It's cold. Things shrivel up at 4 feet.

If you will remember back when PP had the hot tub incedent/accident (whatever)... shriveling up was really not an issue simply because of an inadaquate package to begin with, and that water was warm.

OK - I am kind of slow. Now, I know what 4 feet of diving is. Two feet of his and two feet of hers.

The surface temp. is taken from 2-3'. Even in the summer when you go down past 6' you feel some very cool water. I think in the winter when you have 20*-30*+ temp the deeper water is warmer. You might get a little cool diving anyway.

Surface temperature, meaning the first few inches/feet will vary greatly depending on rain and other elements. 4 feet should be more stable. The water at diving depth is a constant year round (high 40's low 50's). I was more concerned with the shock value of jumping into the water. It was an honest question, since no one could provide an answer- I will not be planning a dive this weekend. Thanks anyway...
