You got the party line bit right on with the inital statement redolent of "open dialogue," "transparency," and "willing to listen to all reasonable ideas:" in fact, I could almost taste how much you respected lotowner; but blatant sarcasm isn't tolerated by the Prez (see McChrystal) - and presumably the appointed staff who want to keep their jobs. They keep tabs, except for illegal immigrants, of course. Those people deserve better. I hate sarcasm.
