Problem - Sleeping on the job and making a pallet to be more comfortable (not dozing off)
Obama Admin. Solution- Add one more person on the midnight shift
Cost - $160K per year
Public Recommendation - Hold Air Traffic Controllers responsible - ZERO tolerance policy - Private sector guidelines do not tolerate this behavior

Obama's solution for everything ... is never to hold people accountable, but rather add more overhead. Then cry we need more taxes and after he has added the overhead he will say things like, the GOP wants to put air safety at risk but cutting the number of air traffic controllers .... no, they should not have been there in the first place.
The guy is such a dope. How can anyone that has a brain support this guy? I understand those that feed off the government wanting to keep Obama, but anyone else ... i really struggle with it. He is a believer in Johnson's great society ... and look at the mess it has caused. Totally destroyed personal responsibility and created an entitlement society ... no worries .... the government will take care of me.
The solution to the sleeping problem is simple, require a check in by the ATC every 30 minutes, various safety checks etc ... like the private sector would require for night guards ... if they fail to make the checks ... they are fired ... plain and simple. If they like their jobs, they will not nap any more.

Why do you think they are falling asleep? I doubt it is because they just wanna nap. They have to change the way they schedule them, in addition, having two on duty at all times. If they had a check in system and you get fired if you don't check in still doesn't solve the issue of one falling asleep between checks and you are on that 747 trying to land without anyone to assist.

Dem's solution - Discontinue all flights between 5PM and 7AM. And, then expand to other American private industry. These same goof offs can stay awake at Bars until 3AM and never doze off.
