Sorry about the responses. If you are not experienced with a grill or smoker, I would recommend that you not consider that option.
Otherwise, lots of groups around smoke butts, turkeys, etc for a holiday. Places like Volunteer Fire Depts/civic orgs/church groups. Maybe they would accept your raw turkey in exchange for a finished product if you got it to them early enough?? With a contribution??
Otherwise, go on the "recipes" Forum here and ask for some recipes on a Baked Turkey??

Yes I have a gas grill. If you don't mind sharing your way to smoke the turkey on the grill I am very interested. Thanks!
