From Alan Dershowitz (well known liberal lawyer): “Most affidavits of probable cause are very thin. This is so thin that it won’t make it past a judge on a second degree murder charge,” Dershowitz said. “There’s simply nothing in there that would justify second degree murder.” I don't know a lot about the facts of this case but have mostly been following the poverty/racism pimps like Jackson and Sharpton as they try to exploit the death of a young black man at the hands of a hispanic Democrat carrying a gun for their own financial gain. But Dershowitz's evaluation of the indictment is pretty scathing. Seems like politics may be more at work here than justice, especially since they refused to take it to a grand jury. Probably afraid to because of the probable violence when they fail to indict. So they delay the inevitable. I just hope this gets to a courageous judge that will decide it on the merits instead of out of fear. Will be an interesting but likely sad spectacle as it plays itself out.

MM, are you now taking the side of a Democrat or is this your feeble attempt to be Fair and Balanced in your old age? is Zimmerman anymore innocent or guilty of 2nd degree because of his party registration? Do you have any data to show how he actually voted as he may be a Reagan Democrat. You don't seem to be on point since your return...but I will show empathy towards you until you get up to speed as some just take longer than others.

GF, he is a registered Democrat and a hispanic. Both have been reported even by the government media. I included that information because I find it quite ironic that the poverty pimps will even eat one of their own if they have a chance. Heck, Sharpton even abandoned his mother on her death bed to pimp himself out (and they called Newt cruel). As for who he voted for, I don't know and I really could care less because it is immaterial. What is material is that according to a quite liberal, well known Democrat lawyer the indictment is a bunch of BS. I found that interesting and made me wonder as to its validity.
