The stable genius will be announcing his run for the presidency. One can only sit back and watch him destroy th party as he attacks DeSantis and others running against him. He has a solid base which is not big enough to win a primary or the general election if it comes down him and Desantis. Will be fun to watch him scream stolen election in the primary.

Any Republican who believes the future of the country will be a supporter of ABT.

Close to my position but I am not in the ABT camp as yet.  I would not for example pick a Jeb Bush, Mike Pence or a Mitt Romney over Trump.  But I do think there will be a lot of very good conservative options, even if DeSantis doesn't run.  But regardless of whether it's Trump or any other Republican they will have my full throated support in 2024.

As an aside, did you happen to notice that the GOp got millions of more votes in the midterms than Democrats?  Interesting to see that happen although maybe its common in the midterms.  Not so in a Presidential year when CA, NY, IL and other Democrat controlled states pile up the votes....hence the genius of the Electoral College.

Both..listened to his announcement tonight. Very unTrump like...very subdued.  We will finally get an answer to the age old question "Can a candidate participate in a Presidential debate on Zoom from his prison cell?"

that we agree....but our reasons are far different.  He is not my first choice because I don't think he can win in 2024.  I want his policies and willingness to push back against the lies of the Democrats and media without the pettiness, personal attacks and needless distractions.  But if I had to choose between him and RINOs that will surely lose I will go with him.  Not happily because of the lack of viable alternatives but I will do so.

Well if he is selected at least Nancy will no longer be. 

So as for something positive we can say that Nancy will no longer be in charge of the House.

Mitch may suck, but at least he has a pulse which puts him ahead of Vodka Skeletor.
