You keep posting that ACORN has an office in Alabama. " ACORN lists an office in Birmingham, Alabama. It took me two seconds to find that. You were wrong, as usual."
Read the URL below and then you can believe what you want to believe. They have a listing for an office but NO office now.

GF, the B'ham News reported that six counties in Alabama have more registered voters than live humans in the county, most of the counties listed are in the Black Belt; therefore, it sure smells like ACORN has been here. They probably didn't pay their rent and lost their address. Wait maybe the FBI took their computers and they had to close up shop.

First, this piece involves absolutely zero confirmation and completely relies on a quote from ACORN. I don't know about you, but I don't list offices on my comapny website where I don't have employees. It's called false and misleading.
Second, you are talking about a criminal organization. It's like believing a quote from the John Gotti that there is no such thing as the mafia. This is an organization that is under criminal investigation in over 13 states for vote fraud, a felony. Who have had employees convicted of felony vote fraud. Do you think an organization that openly commits felonies will actually worry about lying to some reporter?
Third, the operative quote is "has not been active in Alabama this election season". That implies they have been active in Alabama in the past and as I said above who can trust what they say anyway? Unless you choose to trust because you support them in their activities.
