Friday Zogby poll results. Don't know if that is the real story although Zogby has been one of the more accurate pollsters. I think all the polls except some of the outliers show the race has dramatically tightened and confirms my earlier posts that 1 in 7 voters are still persuadable and are breaking big for McCain. He can still win this although the electoral college still favors Obamination. Will be fun to watch liberals new found respect for the electoral college if McCain wins the popular vote but loses vis-a-vis the electoral college.

As for me, I will be consistent and if BO wins the electoral college and he will be my President. Will give me 4 years of joy saying I told you so when he makes a mess of things and his lies about redistribution of wealth and taxes are proven.

Sean hanity reported this last night when it was released.

There has been a very high percentage of "undecided" voters and the shift is attributable that with all the things coming out on "spread the wealth", his long standing "socialist views", his associations with terrorist and POL leaders ..... there is a strong shift of the undecided in to the McCain camp.

think that a liberal that bashed the electoral college system and said it should be a national popular vote would change their view if it was not favorable to their candidate. Come on .... give liberals more credit. They would never do that.

I feel that you guys are responsible for the race tightening. The following of the forum may be national and the undecided voters across the country are being swayed by your unbias posts. I am beginning to sense that First Dude and the family will be moving to D.C. My man may well lose as the race gets too close to call. Kerry was ahead and lost. Just hope McCain makes it through his full 4 years.

Obviously this is still Obamination's to win. My only point is we should not be fooled into believing that his win is a foregone conclusion. I am convinced that when the tell all books are written about this campaign that one of the "revelations" is their rather smart approaches to depress the McCain vote. It is good politics and if successful, shame on us and good for them. I have said this before but this election is all about turnout.

I am sure there are many more like us across the country pointing out similar things to wake people up.

Keep in mind McCain's mom is 95 and still gets around just fine and very bright. they even interviewed her and was at the convention. So 4 or 8 years for John should not be a problem.

But if he did not make it, that God he has a strong VP in Palin with executive experience and commander of the Alaska national guard with high level security experience. I would be very comfortable with her in that seat as would be 53% of americans per a poll. you do believe in polls don't you.

You say "Will give me 4 years of joy saying I told you so when he makes a mess of things and his lies about redistribution of wealth and taxes are proven." So if things go bad under Obama you'll be happy??? You'll take joy in that? You would take joy in seeing your fellow Americans and your country suffer just so you could laugh and point and say "I told you so."?

I hope that whoever wins EVEN IF IT'S NOT THE PERSON I VOTE FOR turns out to be our best President ever, and I hope whoever succeeds him in 4 or 8 years is even better. Because it's not about me and what I want, it's about my country. I always thought that we all wanted what was best for America but just disagreed with the best way to get that, but now I see it's about something else.

Maybe that's the difference between me and you. I want what is best for the country, and all you want is what is best for you. That is so selfish it's sickening. Had I known I was laying my life on the line so that my country could turn out a generation of selfish, greedy, cold-hearted twits like you, I would have thought twice about enlisting.

You are sickening, and your way of thinking disrespects all of the brave men and women who have fought and died for this country, and all of those who are fighting still.

I am neither pathetic nor unpatriotic as you imply in your post. If you have read carefully many of the previous posts you will see that liberals on the Forum blame George Bush for everything bad that has happened in the last 8 years. Even when we present incontrovertible evidence to the contrary that he is not only not responsibile for something, but was blocked by Democrats when he and other Republicans in Congress tried to fix it. I offer Fannie and Freddie and the Community Reinvestment Act leading to the current credit crisis as a perfect example. You could go all the way back to 9/11 where Democrats tried to blame Bush for an act that was planned under his predecessor and probably your hero, the feckless and spineless Bil Clinton. But now that we on the verge of electing your candidate the messiah it is suddenly unpatriotic and pathetic to expect bad things will occur. What hypocrisy!

Unlike Democrats, who have been often quoted saying that when something bad happens to our country it improves their opportunity for electoral success, I don't "hope" for bad things to happen. I TRULY BELIEVE THAT OBAMA'S POLICIES, POLITICS, WORLD VIEW AND EVERY ASPECT OF HIS LIBERAL, SOCIALISTIC BELIEF SYSTEM WILL BE BAD FOR OUR GREAT COUNTRY!!! Why do you think I argue strenuously against voting for him?

But let me ask you a question Uncle Sam, what do you think of the way Democrats for the last 8 years have torn GW down to the point that when we have an economic crisis toward the end of his administration he has no credibility when working with Democrats in control of Congress to resolve the problem? I suppose that is OK because you don't like GW. I know, he's in the pocket of the oil companies or some other pathetic, Democrat talking point. Don't dare ask me to treat Obamination any other way because I will not. I know, you and other liberals are just waiting for the opportunity to silence conservative voices.

So don't accuse me of wanting something bad to happen to this country. Sir, I am doing what I can to try to prevent the most liberal, vacuuous charlatan from being elected to the Presidency. If you don't like it fair enough. But if you think I am going to spend the next 4 years sitting idly by while this abomination in cohorts with Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid does lasting damage to the economic, political and moral fabric of this country you are sadly mistaken and your ridiculous attempts to paint me as wanting something bad to happen to this country will not work.

Thank you for your service to the country! Despite the awful things you said about me when you don't know me from Adam I very much appreciate your service in the military. It is exactly that respect and honor of the military that makes me oppose Obama with all my might.
