 The children of Israel came to the edge oe the Red Sea and God spoke to Moses, " Moses, I have some good news and some bad news."

  "Tell me the good news, Lord."

   God said, "I am going to part the sea and allow you to escape."

   "Great, Lord," said Moses. "Now what is the bad news?"

   "You have to fill out the enviromental impact study!"
