Had some baby backs with this used as a rub. I thought it was outstanding.

1 Cup Greek Seasoning (Cavenders)
1/4 Cup Garlic Powder
1/4 Cup Paprika
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar

Yeah..I know. Lots of Cavenders but I'm making it up anyway. Do they sell Cavenders in a BIG container?

Greek seasoning has a unique flavor for us, especially good in some salads and lamb. I would bet that baby backs with Greek spice would literally bend you over with the unusual taste??

Surprisingly it tasted like a typical BBQ rub. I really liked it. As soon as I save up the $36 for the 5 lb tub on Amazon I'll make some up :-)
