I just went by there over the weekend and eveyrthing looked ok. (live on the other side of the bridge). Boats and tubes were in the windows. However, didn't think they have been doing very well since they opened. I haven't seen much activity there.

Does it look like they cleared the building or something on Monday or were they just not opened for business?

We went by Fri. night and the building was completely dark (around 7:30) which seemed strange.

I noticed the same thing. No lights, cars etc. Anytime. I wonder if they are short-staffed and only answer a forwarded phone? Blue Creek Marina doesn't look crisp too. Victims of the economy?

I noticed the same thing regarding Blue Creek -- it just looked kind of run down, nothing like it used to.
