Any word on the drowning?  Which part of the lake?  Adult or Kid?  WSFA has an article but of course very limited details.

18 month old child below the dam, no life jacket, apparently the family was surprised by a sudden rise in the water flow.

I believe that was not below Martin Dam (not directly below) but just below Thurlow or Yates Dams.
