Hey anyone recommend a real estate agent to use to sell in the Crane Hill area.
Property is on Crooked Creek, 3 bedroom 2 bath mobile home, fully furnished, dock with seasonal water.
Brother has built new place and wants to sell this property but is not familar with real estate agents in area. I know there are several that sell on Smith Lake but I figure most are more interested in the more expensive properties.

I would recommend Rhonda Hall with Judkins. She is good people.

I bought my house through Phyllis Holcombe, Realty Central, and nobody knows the lake better than she does. Her web site is www.smithlake4u.com, her number is 256-287-1908. I recommend her highly. For the lake, my house is mid-level price range. She deals with all types of lake property.

We bought our property on Smith Lake from White Pepper Real Estate in Jasper.
