I heard that the marina was full and did not expect to bring anymore boat storage space on. I would think this would have a severe adverse affect on the value of the remaiming undeveloped property especially the interior lots with no docks. Is this true?

I dry stack store at Harbor Pointe in still waters. The old building is full, however I spoke with Harbor Pointe today and they still have about half of the new building available for storage. I highly recommend them also. The whole staff seem to be a first class operation.

I'm wondering how many spaces are left and what will happen when it's filled. Is there room for expansion? There is a LOT of property for sale in Stillwaters and there are folks that have bought lots in there waiting for the growth to reward the investment. If the storage is limited to say a hundred boats or so that could be a problem. I did hear it was full though so thanks for the info!

I work at Harbor Pointe and there are about 150 dry storage spaces left in the new building. With over 300 dry storage spaces and about 150 wet storage spaces, one should always have a place to moor there boat. Thanks for the interest and we'll hope to see you guys at the marina real soon!
