No wake & hazzard buoys

Anyone have a good contact in the LMRA that maintains the buoys. I know there is a group of guys that maintain and setup new ones. Would like to understand the process for applying for a new one and the cost associated.

the Marine Police have to approve placement, which is done by an independent , non profit group; good luck--i have been trying to get a no wake buoy in my slough for 3 years--no luck
