Does anyone have any recomendations for companies to rebuild a sea wall and pier? I'm on the south end of Lay on the Chilton County side. I've had a few quotes with a wide range of prices and have made a deal with 2 different companies who never showed up to do the work and have stopped answering calls and emails.
