No recipe. A Cuban lady brought a Chatta cake to the beach for our Thanksgiving vacation. It is a sheet cake. White cake soaked in a Rum Chatta sauce with cinnamon/coffee?/ Very rich. And extremely good late at nite with a cup of hot coffee....
